Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check if the charging station is supplying power properlyObserve the charging station’s indicator lights. During a full charge, the lights should change as follows: solid blue-white → flashing green → solid green.
2️⃣ Use original charging accessoriesMake sure you are using the original charger and power extension cable provided with the device.
3️⃣ Check the charging contact pointsInspect the mower’s charging pins and the charging station’s connectors for dust, dirt, or debris. Clean them thoroughly if necessary.
4️⃣ Check the ambient temperature
● If the battery surface temperature is below 0–3°C (32–37°F), the device may not charge properly. Place the mower in a room-temperature environment and avoid charging in low-temperature conditions.
● If the battery surface temperature is above 45–50°C (113–122°F), the device may also not charge properly.
5️⃣ Check if the charging station is exposed to direct sunlightIf the charging station is under direct sun for long periods, we recommend:
● Installing a shade or sun cover
● Or relocating the charging station to avoid prolonged sun exposure
6️⃣ Wait for the temperature to normalizePlace the device in a cool, ventilated area for at least 30 minutes to allow it to reach a safe temperature, then try charging again.
7️⃣ If the problem persistsPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide the following information:
● Device SN
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The exact date and time the issue occurred
Customer support will assist you in resolving the problem as quickly as possible.
