Please follow these steps to check:
1.Check if any blades are missing
● Missing blades can cause the blade disc to become unbalanced and generate noise.
● If any blades are missing, install replacements or replace the entire blade set.
2.Check if the blade disc is cracked
● If the disc is cracked or damaged, stop using the device and replace it with a new disc.
3.Check for debris or foreign objects
● Clear any debris, stones, or other objects from the blade or disc area, then test again.
● (Please turn off the device before performing this step)
4.Check if blade screws are loose
● Loose screws can increase vibration and noise.
● If any screws are loose, tighten them and test again.
If the noise persists, contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● A clear video showing the device making noise
● The date and time when the issue occurred (or the video recording time)
