Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check the charging contact pointsMake sure the mower’s charging pins and the charging station connectors are clean and free of dust, dirt, or debris. Clean them thoroughly if needed.
2️⃣ Check the onboard electrode componentsEnsure the onboard electrode components are not wet or covered by damp grass.
3️⃣ Clean and dry before trying againAfter cleaning, place the mower in a dry environment and try docking/charging again.
4️⃣ If the problem persistsPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device SN
● Video or photos showing the issue
● Exact date and time when the issue occurred
Customer support will assist you promptly to resolve the problem.
