Why Can’t the Device Detect Obstacles?

Genie / M-RTK / N-RTK
These models rely on visual input for positioning. In low-light conditions, not only may obstacle detection decrease, but positioning accuracy may also be affected.
If the device cannot detect obstacles, please check the following in order:
1.Is the device being used in a well-lit environment? (Nighttime or low-light operation is not recommended)
2.Is the camera lens dirty or obstructed?
3.Is the obstacle smaller than 10 × 10 × 10 cm?
4.Is the obstacle transparent, pure white, or low contrast?

Radar Models (M / N)
Radar models support nighttime operation, and positioning is not affected by lighting.However, obstacle detection still relies on the visual system.
If the device cannot detect obstacles, please check:
1.Is the camera lens dirty or obstructed?
2.Is the obstacle smaller than 10 × 10 × 10 cm?
3.Is the obstacle transparent, pure white, or low contrast?

If the problem persists, contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● A clear video showing the device in operation
● The date and time when the issue occurred (or video recording time)
