Please follow these steps:
1.Turn off the device.
2.Clear any weeds or debris around the blade disc.
3.Restart the device and test the lift function.
If you adjusted the blade height during a mowing task, the new setting will take effect after the current task ends (effective at the start of the next task). This is normal behavior.
If the problem persists, contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The date and time when the issue occurred
We will assist you promptly in diagnosing and resolving the problem.
