Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ After docking, the white light stays solid and does not turn green
● Check the charging contact points: Make sure the mower’s charging pins and the charging station connectors are free of dust, dirt, or debris. Clean them thoroughly if needed.
● Check the onboard electrode components: Ensure they are not wet or covered by damp grass.● After cleaning and drying, try charging again.
2️⃣ The charging station white light is flashing
● Check the power supply: Ensure the outlet is working properly and that the voltage matches your local voltage.
● If using a portable power source: Confirm it supports the charging station’s voltage/current/power requirements:
○ Genie600: 24V / 2A / 48W
○ Genie1000: 28V / 3A / 84W
○ Genie3000: 28V / 6A / 168W
● If the requirements are met but the issue persists, please contact customer support for further assistance.
3️⃣ The charging station shows a red-purple light
● This indicates an internal program error. Please contact customer support for service.
4️⃣ The charging station indicator light does not turn on
● Ensure the outlet is supplying power properly. You can try a different outlet or use a multimeter to check.
● Make sure the charging adapter is the original charger and not a third-party brand or model.
