If a device button (e.g., the Stop button) is unresponsive, this is usually caused by a stuck button or a temporary system issue. Please follow these steps:
1.Check around the button for dirt or debris
● Confirm whether dust, mud, or other foreign objects are blocking the button.
2.Clean the button edges
● Gently clean around the button to ensure it can fully return when pressed.
3.Restart the device and test again
● Turn off the device, power it back on, and test whether the button works.

● Device serial number (SN)
● A clear video showing the device running slowly
● The date and time when the issue occurred (or video recording time)
