Supported countries and regions include:United States, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gibraltar, Jersey, North Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Serbia, Switzerland, Guernsey, Kosovo
2.Check whether the device’s 4G service is still active.
3.Restart the device and observe again.

● Device SN
● A short video of the issue (if possible)
● The date and time when the issue occurred
