WiFi issues are usually related to router settings or signal. Please check:
1.Does the device only support 2.4GHz WiFi?
● If your router uses the same SSID for 2.4GHz and 5GHz, please set a separate name for 2.4GHz
2.Have you tested near the router?
● Move the device within 3 meters of the router
3.Check router settings:
● Temporarily disable firewall or strict security restrictions
● Try another router or use a mobile hotspot for testing
4.Check software version:
● Make sure the app and device firmware are up to date
● Refresh the connection in the app

● A screenshot showing the device offline in the app
