① What should I do if the screen keeps showing “----” for more than 1 minute?
Please check:
● Is the aviation connector loose? (Include a photo of the aviation connector)
● Unscrew the connector and check for moisture inside
If there is moisture:
● Dry it completely, reinstall, and then power on
● If corrosion is found, please contact customer support for after-sales service
② What should I do if the screen is black or unresponsive?
Please follow these steps:
1.Place the device on the charging dock for 10–15 minutes
2.Make sure the charging dock indicator light is on
3.Press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds and check for any sound or light response.
If it still won’t start, please contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● A short video showing the issue (if possible)
● The date and time when the issue occurred
