1. Check if the grass near the charging station is taller than 10 cm. This could cause the Genie to mistakenly identify it as an obstacle and prevent it from passing through. Manual mowing is required.

2.Please check whether the charging station is powered normally and the indicator light is always white when in standby mode.If the indicator light is off and the charging pile is not powered on successfully, the machine will not be able to find the charging pile and the power supply needs to be checked.
3.Clean the contacts and infrared signal sending points of the charging pile to ensure that the machine can correctly identify the charging pile.

1. The serial number of your mower.
2. The date and time when the problem occurred.
3. A photo showing where the device got stuck when recharging failed
