Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Re-pair the LoRaFollow the instructions in the manual or video guide to re-pair the LoRa.During pairing, please note:
1. It is recommended to restart the mower first, then start pairing
2. The mower will give a voice prompt when entering pairing mode
3. Pairing success or failure will be announced via voice
2️⃣ If the problem persistsIf LoRa pairing fails, or the mower still shows Error E104 after successful pairing, please contact:support@anthbot.com
Provide the following information:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The exact date and time the issue occurred
● Steps you have already tried
