Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check the RTK base station indicator
● Green light solid – The base station is working normally. Restart the mower in an open, unobstructed area and see if the error disappears.
● Red light on – The base station has an issue. Please try:
1. Unplug and replug the base station power to restart it
2. Re-pair the LoRa connection
2️⃣ If the problem persistsPlease contact customer support and provide the following information:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Order number
● Steps you have already tried
● Current base station indicator status
Customer support will use this information to assist you with further troubleshooting and arrange after-sales service if needed.
