Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check the RTK signal environmentMake sure there are no obvious obstructions near the mower, such as walls, eaves, fences, or tall bushes.If there are obstructions, move the mower to an open area and try again.
Also, check that the RTK base station indicator is solid green, and ensure:
● Base station power is properly connected
● The area around the base station is unobstructed
2️⃣ Check if the mower has completed the docking/undocking actionConfirm that the mower has fully left the charging station.If there were issues during undocking, try:
● Wiping the mower’s vision camera
● Clearing obstacles near the charging station
● Restarting the mower and trying again
3️⃣ If the problem persistsPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Video or photos showing the issue
● Steps you have already tried
