Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check if the camera lens is dirty or has moistureInspect the camera lens for dust, dirt, or water vapor. Clean it thoroughly if needed.
2️⃣ Check for internal lens moistureIf there is moisture inside the lens, place the mower in a dry, ventilated area for about 24 hours to allow the moisture to evaporate naturally.
3️⃣ Enable Abnormal Lens Workings ModeUpdate the device firmware to version 1.16 or above, then enable this feature in the App:Enter Device → Top-right Menu → More Settings → Abnormal Lens Workings Mode → Turn On
⚠️ Note: Before enabling, the mower must complete mowing all areas at least once (a full lawn run) to ensure proper operation.
4️⃣ If the error persistsPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide the following information:
● Device SN
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The exact date and time the issue occurred
Customer support will assist you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
