Please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Make sure the device is powered on
● The device must be turned on.
2️⃣ Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
● Check in your phone’s system settings that Bluetooth is turned on.
3️⃣ Search near the device
● Keep your phone within 1–2 meters of the device.
4️⃣ Restart the app and try again
● Close the app and reopen it, then search for the device again.
⚠ Do not pair the device through your phone’s system Bluetooth settings. The device can only be connected and bound through the official app.
👉 If the device still cannot be found, please try:
● Using another phone to test
● Restarting your phone’s Bluetooth
If the problem persists, please contact customer support and provide:
● Phone model
● Phone system version (iOS / Android)
● Whether other Bluetooth devices can be detected
