● Make sure your phone is within 6 meters of the device.
2️⃣ Check app Bluetooth permissions
● Ensure Bluetooth permission is enabled for the ANTHBOT app in your phone settings.
3️⃣ Check phone compatibility
● Some phone models may have compatibility issues (e.g., certain newer models or specific OS versions).
4️⃣ Test with another phone
● Try connecting the device using a different phone.
● If other phones also cannot connect, the device Bluetooth module may be faulty. Please contact customer support.
● If another phone connects successfully, the issue may be related to phone compatibility. You can use the working phone temporarily and provide your phone model and OS version to customer support for further optimization.
