The GPS icon disappearing is usually caused by a LoRa communication disconnection.Please try re-pairing LoRa.
Notes during pairing:
1️⃣ It is recommended to restart the device before pairing.
2️⃣ When the device enters pairing mode, there will be a voice prompt. Both successful and failed pairing will also have voice notifications—please confirm whether there is audio feedback.
3️⃣ If the device has entered pairing mode (with voice prompt) but the GPS icon still does not appear, it is recommended to contact customer support for assistance.
If the problem persists, contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The date and time when the issue occurred
