Normal status: Solid green light
If there is an abnormal condition, please troubleshoot as follows:
1️⃣ Indicator light is off
This may be a power supply issue. Please check:
● Whether the charging dock indicator light is working properly
● Whether the device can charge normally while on the dock
👉 If the device charges normally but the base station light is off, the base station (antenna unit) may be faulty and needs to be replaced.
👉 If the device cannot charge normally, please prioritize checking the charging dock power supply.
2️⃣ Indicator light is red or flashing red
Please check in order:
1. Move the RTK base station to an open, unobstructed area (no obstructions within 120° above).
2. Power off and then power on the base station (it is recommended to unplug and reconnect the power for a hardware reset).
3. LoRa communication may be disconnected (default shows red). Try re-pairing LoRa.
4. If a firmware upgrade is in progress, a flashing red light is normal. Please wait until the upgrade is complete and check again.
If the problem persists, contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The date and time when the issue occurred
