1️⃣ Check the environment of the missed areaConfirm whether the missed area is near non-grass surfaces, narrow passages, or obstacles, which may prevent the mower from reaching it.
2️⃣ Check for non-grass areasNon-grass areas generally fall into two categories:
● Areas the mower can pass over (stone paths, sand, bare soil, etc.):
○ Set Vision Inspection to Low in the app
○ Or create an Electronic Bridge to let the mower cross the area (see tutorial or contact support)
● Areas the mower should avoid (flower beds, bushes, ponds, etc.):
○ Set these as No-Go Zones in the map
3️⃣ Check narrow passagesIf the missed area requires passing through a narrow passage, make sure the passage is wider than 80 cm.
● If the passage is less than 80 cm, plan an alternative route for the mower or create an Electronic Bridge.
● Ensure the bridge is free of obstacles.
4️⃣ Check for obstacles
● If obstacles exist and can be moved, remove them.
● If obstacles cannot be removed, set the area as a No-Go Zone in the map.
5️⃣ Check RTK signal (RTK models only)Ensure both the RTK base station signal and the mower GPS signal are stable.
6️⃣ Check the lawn condition
● Thick grass may cause missed areas.
● Update the mower firmware to version 1.15 or above.
● If the cutting height is below 50 mm, we recommend:
○ Raise the cutting height to 70 mm and mow the thick grass once
○ Then lower the cutting height below 50 mm and mow again
