1️⃣ Check for error codesWhen the issue occurs, check the device or App for any error codes. If an error code appears, please follow the corresponding troubleshooting guide for that code.
2️⃣ Check for manual pauseMake sure the mower was not accidentally paused in the App or that someone did not press the STOP button on the mower.
3️⃣ Automatic standby shutdownIf the mower remains idle for over 1 hour, it will automatically shut down. This is a normal power-saving feature.
4️⃣ If the problem persistsContact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device SN
● Video or photos showing the issue
● Exact date and time the issue occurred
Customer support will help you diagnose and resolve the problem.
