Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check if the cutting deck is blocked by debrisTurn off the device and inspect the cutting deck and surrounding area for grass, mud, stones, strings, or other debris. Clean thoroughly if needed.
2️⃣ Restart the deviceTurn the mower back on and check if the error disappears.
3️⃣ If the error persistsPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide the following information:
● Device SN
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The exact date and time the issue occurred
Customer support will use this information to assist with further troubleshooting and arrange after-sales service if needed.
