Before contacting support, it’s recommended to follow these steps. This will help our team diagnose and resolve the issue faster:
1️⃣ Document the issue
● Take photos or videos of the abnormal behavior.
● Save relevant App screenshots if needed.
2️⃣ Record the time of occurrence
● Note the exact date and time when the issue happened to help technical staff troubleshoot.
3️⃣ Upload device logs
● In the App, go to: Enter Device → More Settings → Upload the Log
● Ensure the following before uploading:● The mower is docked on the charging station● The device is connected to Wi-Fi● Wait until the upload is fully completed
After completing these steps, contact support@anthbot.com and provide the documented information. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
