Error E102 – What should I do?

Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check the RTK base station statusMake sure the RTK base station indicator is solid green.If the light is flashing green or red, please check:
● Whether the base station is installed near eaves, walls, fences, or tall bushes
● If there are obstructions, move the base station to an open, unobstructed location
2️⃣ If the base station light is offThis may indicate a power issue. Please check:
● Whether the charging station indicator is normal
● Whether the mower can charge normally on the charging station

👉 If the mower charges normally but the base station light is off, the RTK base station (mushroom head) may be faulty and needs replacement

👉 If the mower cannot charge, first check the charging station power supply
3️⃣ If the problem persistsPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Photos of the RTK base station and charging station installation environment
● The exact time the issue occurred
