Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ If the mower is near the charging stationPlease check:
1. Clear obstacles or tall grass around the charging station
2. Check if the charging contacts are dirty — clean them if needed
3. Make sure the charging station power is working properly
4. Wipe the mower’s vision camera
5. Try manually controlling the mower back to the station and guide it into the dock
2️⃣ If the mower is far from the charging stationCheck whether there are obstacles along the return path, such as:
● Trees
● Flower beds
● Narrow passages
● Other obstacles
These may prevent the mower from returning to the charging station smoothly.It is recommended to set complex areas as no-go zones to reduce the chance of docking failure.
⚠️ After mapping is completed, do not move the charging station. If relocation is needed, please remap the area.
3️⃣ If the problem persistsPlease contact customer support and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● The time when the return-to-charge failure occurred
● Photos or videos of the charging station installation environment● Steps you have already tried
