Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Make sure the device is operating within the mapped boundary
2️⃣ Check whether there are obstructions around the RTK base station and the mower(such as walls, eaves, fences, or tall bushes)
3️⃣ Avoid operating the device in rainy weather or areas with weak signal as much as possible
4️⃣ If the problem persistsPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide the following information:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Screenshot from the APP showing the error or a photo of the device
Customer support will use this information to assist with further troubleshooting and arrange after-sales service if needed.
