Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check whether the device was within the map boundary when the error occurred
● If the device is outside the boundary: move it back inside the mapped area and restart the device
● If the device is inside the boundary but still shows out-of-bounds: the map may have shifted
👉 It is recommended to remap the area and make sure the RTK base station is installed securely and not moved
2️⃣ Check the boundary environmentIf there are height differences or complex terrain near the boundary, the mower may slip outside, such as:
● Ditches or slopes along the lawn edge
● Lawn higher than the road or surrounding ground
● Steps or “cliff-like” drops at the edge
Recommendations:
● Do not place the map boundary too close to the actual edge — leave a safe margin
● For ditches, roads, or drop-off areas, set them as no-go zones
3️⃣ If the problem persistsPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide the following information:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Screenshot from the APP showing the error or a photo of the device
Customer support will use this information to assist with further troubleshooting and arrange after-sales service if needed
