Error E410 – What should I do?

Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check if the drive wheel is blocked by debrisTurn off the device, then check whether the right drive wheel is stuck with grass, string, stones, or other debris. Clean it thoroughly and restart the device.
2️⃣ Check the resistance of the drive wheelsIf no debris is found, turn the mower over and manually rotate both drive wheels to compare resistance:
● Slight resistance: normal
● No resistance or very high resistance: possible motor issue
3️⃣ If the problem persists or cannot be determinedPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide the following information:
● Device serial number (SN)
● A video showing the rotation of the drive wheels
● Screenshot from the APP showing the error or a photo of the device
