Please first confirm at which step the setup failed, and follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Before SetupConfirm that your phone is connected to the WiFi network you want to use for setup.⚠ If your phone is using cellular data or connected to another WiFi, the device will not be able to complete the setup.
2️⃣ Stuck at Router connectingPlease check your home router settings:
● Confirm the router is 2.4GHz (the device does not support 5GHz)
● If 2.4GHz and 5GHz use the same name (SSID), give the 2.4GHz network a separate name
● Bring the device close to the router for testing (within 3 meters)Additional router checks:
● Temporarily turn off firewalls or strict security settings
● Try a different router or use a mobile hotspot for testing
⚠ The device cannot be set up during an OTA (firmware upgrade).
3️⃣ Stuck at Server connecting
1. Restart the device
2. Try the setup againIf it still fails, please contact customer service and provide:
● Screenshot of the setup failure
● Device serial number (SN)
● The exact time the issue occurred
