WiFi issues are usually related to router settings or signal. Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check WiFi bandThe device only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. If your router uses the same name (SSID) for 2.4GHz and 5GHz, give the 2.4GHz network a separate name.
2️⃣ Test near the routerMove the device within 3 meters of the router and try connecting again.
3️⃣ Check router settings
● Temporarily turn off firewalls or strict security restrictions
● Try a different router or use your phone’s hotspot for testing
4️⃣ Check software versionMake sure the APP and device firmware are updated to the latest version, then reopen the APP to refresh the connection.

● Device serial number (SN)
● Screenshot showing the device offline in the APP
● The exact date and time the issue occurred
