1️⃣ Confirm if 4G service is supported in your countryCountries and regions that support 4G service include: United States, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gibraltar, Jersey, North Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Serbia, Switzerland, Guernsey, Kosovo.
2️⃣ Check if your 4G service has expiredIf it has, please renew it in time.
3️⃣ Check local 4G signalUse your phone to check the 4G signal strength at your current location. If your phone shows normal 4G signal but the device still cannot connect, try restarting the device and test again.
If the problem persists, please contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Screenshot showing the device offline in the APP
● The exact date and time the issue occurred
We will assist you in troubleshooting and resolving the issue as soon as possible.
