Please first check the following:
1️⃣ Check RTK base station status
● Make sure the base station green light is solid on.
● If the indicator light is flashing, please check:
○ Whether there are obstructions within 120° above the station
○ Whether there are buildings, trees, or fences within a 3-meter range
● If there are obstructions, move the base station to an open, unobstructed area.
2️⃣ Check the device GPS status
● Make sure the device GPS light is solid and stable.
● If it is flashing, check whether the charging dock location is obstructed.
⚠ The device needs to acquire signal from the charging dock when powering on. If the dock is obstructed, it may affect the internal RTK module’s GPS signal reception. Please install the charging dock in an open, unobstructed area.
If the problem persists, contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The date and time when the issue occurred
We will assist you promptly in diagnosing and resolving the problem.
