Please follow these steps:
1️⃣ The base station has not actually been moved
● If the base station has not been moved, tap Cancel when the pop-up appears. The current map can continue to be used.⚠ If Confirm was selected by mistake and the map was deleted, you can restore it using a backup map or remap the area.
2️⃣ Check if the base station is shaking or unstable
● Even slight movement may trigger this prompt. Please check:
○ Whether it is placed near bushes or objects that may move
○ Whether it is too close to other objects and affected by external forces
○ Whether the RTK pole is placed vertically (90°)
○ Whether the antenna tilt angle exceeds 15°
● Ensure the base station is securely installed, stable, and free from obstructions.
If the problem persists, contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The date and time when the issue occurred
We will assist you promptly in diagnosing and resolving the problem.
