1️⃣ Check the cameraMake sure the camera lens is clean and free of dust, dirt, or moisture.
2️⃣ Update the firmwareUpgrade the mower’s firmware to version 1.16 or above.
3️⃣ Check the grass heightIf the grass is taller than 10 cm, it may affect visual recognition. We recommend:
● Manually mow the grass to below 10 cm first
● Or adjust the vision detection sensitivity in the app:Enter Device → Top-right Menu → More Settings → Vision Inspection → Set to Low
4️⃣ Check the lawn environmentMake sure there are no non-grass areas (like stone paths or dividers). Handle as follows:
● Areas the mower can pass over (stone paths, sand, bare soil, etc.):
○ Set Vision Inspection to Low in the app
○ Or create an Electronic Bridge so the mower can cross the area (see tutorial or contact support)
● Areas the mower should avoid (flower beds, bushes, ponds, etc.):
○ Set these as No-Go Zones in the map
5️⃣ Check RTK signal (RTK models only)Ensure both the RTK base station signal and the mower’s GPS signal are stable.
6️⃣ If the problem persistsContact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device SN
● Video or photos showing the issue
● Exact date and time the issue occurred
Customer support will help you diagnose and resolve the problem promptly.
