If the app shows that the device is already bound, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Confirm the device serial number (SN)
2️⃣ Tap the support entry in the app prompt to contact customer support
3️⃣ Provide the device serial number (SN) and proof of purchase
⚠ Proof of purchase is required to verify device ownership and prevent unauthorized unbinding or claims.
After verification, customer support will assist in unbinding the device from the previous account, and you will be able to bind it again.
