Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Free the mower first
1. Manually move the mower out of the stuck position and place it on a flat, solid surface
2. Check the bottom and wheels, and remove any tangled grass, mud, or other debris
3. After cleaning, restart the device and check if it returns to normal
2️⃣ Identify the situation and follow the corresponding suggestions
① Soft or slippery groundCommon in muddy areas after rain or loose soil, where the wheels may slip or dig in.
👉 It is recommended to mow after the ground is dry, or set this area as a no-go zone.
② Stuck in bushes, flower beds, or blocked by objectsSuch as bushes, plants, tree roots, pipes, or wires.
👉 Set these areas as no-go zones, or remove/secure the objects.
③ Stuck during edge mowingIf the lawn edges are uneven, or have curbs, steps, or stones, the mower may get stuck.
👉 It is not recommended to enable edge mowing in these areas.
④ Dirty camera affecting detectionIf the camera is covered by dirt or grass clippings, it may affect environmental recognition.
👉 Please clean the camera and try again.
3️⃣ If the problem persistsPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide the following information:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Photos or videos of the stuck scenario
● Steps you have already tried
Customer support will use this information to assist with further troubleshooting and arrange after-sales service if needed.
