Error E501 – What should I do?

Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check the ambient temperatureThis error occurs if the battery temperature is below 0°C (32°F) or above 50°C (122°F) for more than 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Wait for the temperature to return to normalPlace the device in an environment with a suitable temperature and wait until the battery temperature returns to the normal range before using it again.
3️⃣ If the error persistsPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide the following information:
● Device SN
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The exact date and time the issue occurred
