Error E502 – What should I do?

Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check the ambient temperatureThe device may not charge properly if the battery surface temperature exceeds 45–50°C (113–122°F).
2️⃣ Check if the charging station is exposed to direct sunlightIf the charging station is in a location with prolonged sun exposure, it is recommended to:
● Install a shade or sun cover
● Or relocate the charging station to avoid long-term direct sunlight
3️⃣ Wait for the temperature to return to normalPlace the device in a cool, ventilated area for at least 30 minutes to allow it to cool down, then try charging again.
4️⃣ If the error persistsPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide the following information:
● Device SN
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The exact date and time the issue occurred
Customer support will use this information to assist with further troubleshooting and arrange after-sales service if needed.
