Error E503 – What should I do?

Please follow the steps below to check:
1️⃣ Check the ambient temperatureThe device may not charge properly if the battery surface temperature is below 0–3°C (32–37°F).
2️⃣ Move the device to a warmer environmentIt is recommended to place the device in a room-temperature environment and avoid charging in low-temperature conditions.
3️⃣ Wait for the temperature to return to normalLeave the device in a warmer environment for at least 30 minutes to allow the battery temperature to normalize, then try using it again.
4️⃣ If the error persistsPlease contact support@anthbot.com and provide the following information:
● Device SN
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The exact date and time the issue occurred
Customer support will use this information to assist with further troubleshooting and arrange after-sales service if needed.
