What to Do If the Device Moves Slowly?

A slow-moving device is usually caused by tangled wheels, increased resistance, or remote control operation. Please follow these steps:
1.Check the drive wheels and chassis for debris
● Flip the device over and remove any weeds, ropes, or other debris tangled around the drive wheels and chassis.
2.Confirm the wheels rotate smoothly
● After cleaning, gently push the device by hand to make sure it rolls smoothly without significant resistance.
3.Check remote control operation
● If using in remote control mode, push the joystick fully forward to test the maximum movement speed.
If the issue still exists, contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● A clear video showing the device moving slowly
● The date and time when the issue occurred (or the video recording time)
