Blades not spinning may be a normal operating state or caused by an obstruction. Please follow these steps:
1.Check if the device is in transition or resume mode
● During transit or when moving to the last interrupted position, the blades will automatically stop spinning. This is normal design.
2.Check if the device is stuck
● When the device detects it is stuck, it will automatically stop the blades for safety.
3.Turn off the device
● Power off the device before performing the next step.
4.Check if the blades are obstructed
● Look for weeds, ropes, or other objects wrapped around the blades. Remove any debris and test again.
If the problem persists, contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The date and time when the issue occurred
