The device may become damp when exposed to heavy rain or high humidity. Please follow these steps:
1.Turn off the device immediately
● Prevent internal damage caused by being powered on while wet.
2.Wipe off external moisture
● Use a dry cloth to clean the surface of the device.
3.Place in a dry, ventilated area
● Let it sit for 24 hours to allow internal moisture to evaporate naturally before performing the next step.
4.Restart the device and test
Do not use a high-pressure water gun directly on the device.
If the device still cannot start or operate normally, contact support@anthbot.com and provide:
● Device serial number (SN)
● Video or photos showing the issue
● The date and time when the issue occurred
We will assist you promptly in diagnosing and resolving the problem.
